There are three Cross Training with Yoga routines. We recommend alternating the use of all three of them. This offers diversity and inspires the body's adaptable nature to be continually challenged. The Yoga for Athletes Fitness System offers the yoga practitioner and recreational to elite level athlete the perfect workout system. All three routines are complete general workouts. They are progressive. |

Training with Yoga II: Emphasizes "balance in motion",
leg, lower back and core strengthening combinations. |
| Cross Training with Yoga III: Emphasizes upper body strength, leg and hip flexibility. |
