Good thing this video comes with an instruction booklet illustrating its 16 poses. If you're a novice you'll need it. Although the instructor, Angie Ligeros, offers good positioning and safety tips, most of the moves are challenging- which may explain why there is no music or fancy set to distract you. Designed to improve balance, flexibility, stamina and strength, the poses in this hourlong video target virtually every muscle in the body- from the arches of your feet to your hip flexors and shoulders. The yoga moves are designed to address muscle imbalances developed from doing mostly one sport, especially walking, running, biking, skiiing tennis or golf. The desired result: better muscular balance and perhaps fewer injuries. To order, call (888) Y4A-YOGA or go to www.y4a.com. It is not available in stores. -Eileen Livers
